Building the monthly physician schedule by hand took hours every month, juggling rules, requests and fairness.

A web system that generates the whole month automatically, then lets the director adjust anything by hand.

What it does

• Builds the month while respecting hard rules and personal preferences
• Suggests ranked, explained replacements when a shift opens up
• A portal for physicians to submit requests and swap shifts
• Imports the roster and requests from Excel

The result: In side-by-side tests, its schedule beat the hand-made one on every quality measure.

A new Zionist advocacy organization needed a public website it could update itself, and one place to run projects, activists and communications.

A bilingual public website the team edits themselves, plus a private Hebrew management system with seven modules.

What it does

A busy podcast host was spending hours every week on email, scheduling, research and audience replies.

A team of AI assistants that prepare the work and leave every decision to him, reachable from Telegram and WhatsApp.

What it does

• Sorts incoming email and drafts replies for approval
• Coordinates meetings and suggests times
• Researches guests and checks facts
• Drafts answers to YouTube comments for a person to post

The result: Strict safety rules: it reads and drafts, a person approves, and nothing is sent on Shabbat.

Prayer times, Shabbat times and announcements were updated by hand on paper notices.

A low-cost display for the synagogue's TV screens, an admin console and a phone app for members.

• Daily zmanim and Shabbat times calculated automatically
• Prayer times set by hand or relative to zmanim
• Announcements that come down on their own on a set date
• Keeps working offline after setup

AI sales assistant for a real-estate developer

Buyers ask about homes at night, on weekends and in other languages – exactly when the sales team isn't available.

A working demo of an assistant that walks buyers through the available homes and hands a qualified, briefed lead to a human advisor. It supports the sales team; it doesn't replace it.

What it does

• Every price and size comes from the developer's own price list – never invented
• Stops quoting prices automatically if the price list is out of date
• Passes sensitive questions to a person
• A dashboard and setup wizard for the sales team

The result: Passed all 26 test cases designed to trip it up.

Online Presence Score – an AI-visibility audit

More and more customers ask ChatGPT or Gemini for a recommendation. Most businesses don't know what these assistants say about them.

An audit I built: it checks how AI assistants, Google and directories find and describe a business, and turns that into a score and a list of fixes.

What it does

• Asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude the questions customers ask
• Checks the Google profile, website and directory listings
• Catches wrong details, like an old address
• A clear score out of 100 and a short report for the owner

The result: Example: a dental clinic was missing from every Hebrew AI answer, and every assistant gave an address that looks out of date.
